Vivian Ngozi Uwadi obtained her Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B) from the Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State, Nigeria in 2002 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. In year 2010, she obtained a Masters Degree in International and Commercial Law (LL.M) from the University of Greenwich, London, United Kingdom.
From 2004 to 2007, she has been actively engaged in practice and has worked with the Law Firms of Oghenerioborue E.Jewo & Co., Ughelli, Ezeobi & Co., Lagos, as a Counsel. She was appointed an In- House Counsel at Archimedia Consults Limited, an Architectural Firm in Lagos, until 2009.

She worked briefly with Graceland Solicitors in the United Kingdom while pursuing her Masters Degree in 2010. She joined Justitia Attorneys in year 2011 as a Counsel. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
